Beaufort Beauty- Sand and Sunshine!
I get so many questions about my hometown of Beaufort, NC that I decided to share some of my favorite spots over the next few weeks–and then compile all my favorites in one place on my website for easy viewing!
Carrot Island is a can’t-miss spot on any Beaufort trip. Right across from downtown, it’s easily accessible by boat, kayak, paddle board or ferry and is almost guaranteed to have fantastic wild horse watching! Take a beach chair and a cooler to make a day of it! We try to have a boat day at least once a weekend during the summer. Check out some scenes from last weekend!

The marvelous dresses, historical buildings, and family legacies, estates and heirs all make for fabulous fodder. If you loved HBO’s hit new series The Gilded Age, check out a few of these bestselling novels that will have you feeling like a member of America’s ruling elite.” Read the full article here!
