Christmas in Peachtree Bluff Booklist Review + Tour Begins in Two Weeks!

Photo via The Book Lover Book Club

Oh my word, my friends! I am leaving for the Christmas in Peachtree Bluff tour two weeks from today! If you’re counting, that’s a whole week before the book releases–which means there will be several chances to get a book before you can buy it or have a signed copy shipped your way! To get your early signed copy shipped to you, just check out my tour dates. Better yet, come see me at an event!

Amazing Booklist Review

Trade Reviews are the most exciting, hold-your-breath moments for an author before a new book releases. This one absolutely made my day!!

In a beach read twist, Harvey returns to Peachtree Bluff, an island town off the coast of Georgia, at Christmastime. Sisters Caroline, Sloane, and Emerson Murphy join their mother, Ansley, in Peachtree Bluff for Thanksgiving, full of plans for the weeks leading up to Christmas. But everything changes when a late season hurricane and Caroline’s stubborn teenage daughter cause problems, jeopardizing the family’s safety and the future of their small town’s Christmas celebrations. Like authors Mary Kay Andrews and Mary Alice Monroe, Harvey offers what appears to be a simple beach read but expands to honor the forgiveness and hope possible with family and community support. She’s drawn likeable, realistic characters and placed them in the center of the kind of community in which the wrong coffee delivery leads to finding its rightful owner rather than a refund. Fans of the Peachtree Bluff trilogy will be happy to catch up with the Murphy sisters, and readers new to the Southern beach town and its residents will find themselves charmed and ready to find the earlier titles in the series.

My Interview in a Great New Series

I had so much fun chatting with Pirie Grossman about reinventing myself in this fun interview on Creating the Second Chapter of Your Life! You can watch it here!

Creating the Second Chapter of Your life is a series targeted to help inspire men and women to create the second chapter of their lives.

My friend and colleague Pirie Jones Grossman has graciously invited me and some of the most soulful, heart-centered, successful female and male entrepreneurs to share our stories of how we recreated our lives professionally and personally.  We share the hows and whys of how we did it! I want to share these stories with you so you’ll get inspired and make the changes in your life, too.

This event is totally free for a limited time, and will start on October 5th – but you can save your seat RIGHT NOW.

He is a regular contributor and the poet ambassador for NPR’s Morning Edition and a highly sought-after speaker at schools and libraries across the globe. We can’t wait to talk to him! Join us Wed 10/6 at 7pm ET via Facebook Live on the F&F Facebook Group page or our YouTube channel! See you then!
