Deep Blue Eternity

natasha

Happy weekend, friends! This week has just flown by. I had such a great time in Charleston at the conference. It was busy, busy, busy. And, of course, it rained the whole time and was beautiful the day I left. Isn’t that always the way it is? But, if it had been pretty I would’ve been mad I was stuck inside in classes, so it’s just as well! (Oh, and I’ll tell you all about my haunted hotel room over the weekend. It’s like the ghosts know I don’t really believe in them and decided to teach me a lesson or something…)

I learned a lot and had the pleasure of meeting a lot of fun, new people. One of my most favorites was the fabulous Natasha Boyd! She is the incredible author of Eversea and its sequel Forever Jack. She writes her own particular brand of escapism. Smart, fun romance that doesn’t necessarily follow every convention of the genre. It’s terrific!

We think we must have known each other in another life because we became such fast friends. And, accordingly, I have ordered all of her books. Her brand new one, Deep Blue Eternity, went on sale yesterday!! Last I checked, it was #66 on Amazon. For those of you non-authors, #66 on Amazon equates to total rockstar status. It’s insane. I can’t get over it. But that’s how much her fans love her!! They buy her books so fast it would make your head spin!

And most of them haven’t even heard her amazing South African accent that makes her even more charming and lovely. I have secret insider info about what she’s working on next, and, let me tell you, if she doesn’t hit #1 on Amazon with this launch, it’s only a matter of time!

If you’re looking for a little “escape” this weekend, download Deep Blue Eternity. You’ll be so happy you did! Have a great one!

  • So happy you had such a great time! It’s so rewarding to attend these events but what makes them better are the friendships you have made!

    • Thanks, Leslie! I’m counting down the minutes until I get to see it in person!

  • Thanks for the suggestion- those sound like fun beach reads. Spooky about the ghosts– I imagine Charleston would be a likely place to encounter them, of all places. Glad you had a good time otherwise!
