I am heading to my first, real, book-related event this weekend, the Southern Independent Booksellers Association fall trade show. My friends at The Lettered Lily in my hometown of Salisbury, NC made me these super adorable bookmarks to take with me! (I must learn to photograph. That should be some sort of precursor to being allowed to have a blog…)

I laughed about improving your photography skills—the whole idea appeals to me and yet after _years of blogging I still use a point and shoot and wish I were more disciplined to learn to use a big girl camera.
